Welcome...
Thank you for visiting the home page of Bellevue Chiropractic Center, Nashville, Tennessee, your one-stop shop for learning what chiropractic is and what it can do for you.
Dentists know the importance of oral hygiene, so they recommend that you get your teeth checked twice a year, even if they don't hurt, to prevent tooth decay.
Chiropractors, much the same as dentists, recommend you get your spine checked periodically to maintain it in a normal state of health. Remember ... you can get false teeth to replace your original ones ... but, if you allow your spine to deteriorate beyond repair, you are stuck with it!
Our patients have been receiving medical care all of their lives but did not understand many things about their own body. The majority of people have never had anyone sit down with them and take the time to show them how to properly care for their own body.
So, take a few minutes to browse our site, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Practice Information:
Our practice specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from chronic low back and neck pain to rehabilitation following an accident or injury. We can also provide information about improving your diet, creating a healthier workplace, and increasing the overall quality of your health.
Chiropractors believe that a "well-aligned" body is more likely to be in a state of natural balance and the patient will experience less pain and disability. Many chiropractors today have incorporated electrical stimulation, diathermy, ultrasound and a variety of other therapies, but the mainstay remains manual spinal manipulation or adjustment.
Practice Message:
As a Chiropractor, I work to encourage and teach patients to listen to the communication between their body and their mind, to educate patients in areas of physiology, diet, supplementation, exercise and healthy rest, to increase patients’ pain-free range of motion, and to remind people that they are their own best doctor!
Keep a smile on your face ... leave your pain at our place!
